  Provide athletes combine agenda      
Guide athlete to the stretching and warm up area 
(30 yard line to end zone - opposite side of field)
12:00 - 12:30Pull athletes together to discuss the event / agenda
  Welcome and Opening Remarks     
All athletes will stretch for 20-30 min
Athletes will be assigned a number for all events (first, second, third, etc.)
Sportsmanship - zero tolerance for poor sportsmanship - athlete will be disqaulified from event
Be prompt and ready when it's your turn
Wait for the signal from the timer and videographer before starting
Have each player introduce themselves (Name, School, Sport, Graduation Date)
Review events of the day
